South Beach Diet Buddy Club

  • Complete menu provided - each day packaged with what to eat and when to eat it.

  • Just pull the meal from the fridge and dine (warm in microwave if needed) or take to work for lunch or snack.

  • Everything included in one price: all the planning, shopping, preparation, measuring, cooking, packaging and labeling.  $260 for a week of all meals, snacks and desserts.  You just enjoy the food and shed the excess pounds.

  • No Contracts.  Choose as many or as few weeks as you wish according to Dr. Agatston's book and what's right for you.

  • For added fun and encouragement if you gather 5 friends or coworkers to form a SB Diet Buddy Club your club members will each receive a $20 reduction on future weeks.

You've read about the South Beach Diet in Prevention Magazine, heard about it on talk shows, and probably bought the book. Diet success is follow through...eating exactly what they tell you when you are supposed to eat it. Having a buddy is a big help too; you can support and vent to one another. BUT.... its just too hard to make all that food, weigh it, and have it all on hand and ready when you don't have TIME!!!

Well, Chef Kevin can help. Gather your friends who want to be South Beach Diet Buddies and form your own South Beach Diet Club. Chef Kevin  - Your Personal Chef  will prepare all the meals and snacks, breakfast, lunch, dinner and desserts for everyone, so all your club members have to do is pull the meal or snack out and enjoy.

Phase I

14 days of a monitored calorie, carbohydrate and fat diet. Each week Chef Kevin will drop off your meal plans. 
Cost includes everything; all snacks, all meals, side dishes, desserts. All you have to do is put it the microwave to warm it (if needed) and enjoy it. All meals will be provided as prescribed in Dr. Agatston's book using precise measurements and exact ingredients. The label will give the name of the item as well as day and time of use.

Phase II
14 more days or as long as needed to reach your goal. More complex carbohydrates and "good fats" added. All precisely prepared per Dr. Agatston M.D..

Midmorning Snack:
Turkey Rollup with Cilantro Mayo

Lunch:
Dilled Shrimp Salad with Herb-dill Dressing
Romaine Salad with Grilled Chicken Breast and Balsamic Vinaigrette
Gazpacho and Grilled Sirloin Burger, tossed garden Salad with dressing
Crab Cobb Salad and Sugar free Gelatin

Midafternoon Snack:
Salad of Sliced Tomato, fresh basil, sliced mozzarella and balsamic vinaigrette
Hummus with raw veggies
Cucumber rounds with salmon spread
Ham roll ups

Dinner:
Orange Roughy in Scallion Ginger Sauce with Steamed Snow Peas
Baked Chicken with Roasted Eggplant and Peppers, with a  Tossed Garden Salad
Marinated London Broil with Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms, SB Surprise Mashed Potatoes and a Tossed Salad

Desserts:
Almond Ricotta Creme
Mocha Ricotta Creme
Lemon Ricotta Creme
