bought the book. Diet success is follow through...eating exactly
what they tell you when you are supposed to eat it. Having a
buddy is a big help too; you can support and vent to one
another. BUT.... its just too hard to make all that food, weigh
it, and have it all on hand and ready when you don't have
TIME!!!
Well, Chef Kevin can help. Gather your friends who want to be
South Beach Diet Buddies and form your own South Beach Diet
Club. Chef Kevin - Your Personal Chef will prepare
all the meals and snacks, breakfast, lunch, dinner and desserts
for everyone, so all your club members have to do is pull the
meal or snack out and enjoy.
Phase I
14 days of a monitored calorie, carbohydrate and fat diet. Each
week Chef Kevin will drop off your meal plans.
Cost includes everything; all snacks, all meals, side dishes,
desserts. All you have to do is put it the microwave to warm it
(if needed) and enjoy it. All meals will be provided as
prescribed in Dr. Agatston's book using precise measurements and
exact ingredients. The label will give the name of the item as
well as day and time of use.
Phase II
14 more days or as long as needed to reach your goal. More
complex carbohydrates and "good fats" added. All
precisely prepared per Dr. Agatston M.D..
