Sauteed chicken in a white wine sauce, stuffed with prosciutto and topped with

Chicken cutlets lightly battered, topped w/ our homemade sauces, romano and
mozzarella cheeses
Spicy Chicken Curry - Slow cooked chicken and vegetables in a mild,
medium or hot curry sauce

Peppers - Milk fed veal with fresh roasted green peppers and a hint of
Burgundy wine

Veal, stuffed with fresh crab meat in a creamy asparagus sauce

ginger and mushrooms on a bed of seasoned eggplant
Country Pork Chop - tender center cut pork chop, lightly breaded served
with home-made apple sauce and fresh, in-season vegetables
Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic-Cranberry Sauce

tenderloin baked with balsamic vinegar and whole cranberry sauce

salmon baked with a dill stuffing, lemon juice and white wine
Crab Cakes

peppercorns, flamed in brandy with currant jelly and Dijon mustard

- Charcoal broiled to your preference and served with a
mushroom bordelaise sauce
Prime Rib - Rubbed
with salt, garlic and pepper, then slowly roasted. Served with potato du jour
and seasonally fresh vegetables

puff pastry filled with a roast beef,
