Chef Kevin does it all! My goal is to provide you with great food and make the process extra-convenient for you. I believe that the time you spend at home should be quality time and with a personal chef you get more of it.

Chicken Marinara - Fresh chicken with garden mushrooms served over linguini
Chicken Saltimboca - Sauteed chicken in a white wine sauce, stuffed with prosciutto and topped with swiss cheese
Chicken Parmigiana - Chicken cutlets lightly battered, topped w/ our homemade sauces, romano and mozzarella cheeses
Spicy Chicken Curry - Slow cooked chicken and vegetables in a mild, medium or hot curry sauce


Veal and Peppers - Milk fed veal with fresh roasted green peppers and a hint of Burgundy wine
Veal Capri - Veal, stuffed with fresh crab meat in a creamy asparagus sauce
Veal Scalopini - Veal, sauteed with roasted peppers and mushrooms, tossed with Burgundy and red sauce
Veal Francaise - Veal, sauteed in a white wine lemon sauce, gently dipped in an egg batter and served over spinach


Ginger Pork Chop - Lean pork loin chop marinated in wine with addition of ginger and mushrooms on a bed of seasoned eggplant
Country Pork Chop - tender center cut pork chop, lightly breaded served with home-made apple sauce and fresh, in-season vegetables
Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic-Cranberry Sauce
- Pork tenderloin baked with balsamic vinegar and whole cranberry sauce


Baked Stuffed Salmon Atlantic salmon baked with a dill stuffing, lemon juice and white wine  
Crab Cakes - seasoned lump crab pan fried, served with a roasted pepper couli Shrimp Scampi - Shrimp dressed with garlic butter and broiled to its peak of flavor. Shrimp is then nested over vermicelli spaghetti
Gorgonzola Shrimp - a "sinful" combination, large shrimp topped with gorgonzola and parmesan cheeses over couscous or rice


Delmonico Steak au Poivre - A thick, boneless, rib-eye steak pan-broiled with cracked black peppercorns, flamed in brandy with currant jelly and Dijon mustard London Broil - Charcoal broiled to your preference and served with a mushroom bordelaise sauce
Prime Rib - Rubbed with salt, garlic and pepper, then slowly roasted. Served with potato du jour and seasonally fresh vegetables
Roast Beef Wellington - Baked puff pastry filled with a roast beef, Swiss cheese and mushrooms, and served with a tangy horseradish sauce and baked stuffed potatoes.
